My systems locale is set to us with german-no-dead-keys layout.
When I want to install a new xen guest via vnc console I am not able to enter any slashes "/". I tried the whole keyboard but no luck. Does anyone know how to enter slashes with this locale?
I know of similar behaviour with some IPMI/ILO boards when the keymap was set incorrectly...
Thank you for the keymaps. Interestingly none of the layouts matched in any way. And it is rather strange that pressing the key left from the usual "1" key results in a "6".
I did not bother any longer and installed with a default partition scheme. Within the installed xen guest system everything seems to be normal.
