[Upgrade] Red hat Enterprise linux ES 3.0 to 5.0

I want to upgrade my system from Red hat Enterprise linux ES 3.0 to 5.0.

Can anybody let me know is there any tool that automatically updates
or any other way to upgrade.

It would be less time and resources most likely to backup the data you need and just reinstall with the new version.

Thanks. But I have product which needed to deployed on 1000s of computers which are running on RHEL 3. All those pcs are having 100s of applications running. Yours idea is best have to be
used at last stage, when there are no ways. But I believe that there must be a way or tool to get done this job easily.

IF you want it fast, easy, and reliable then trickykid has it right. Since you are running RHEL (which requires a RH subscription) just ask them, that is what you are paying for. They will tell you the same thing.
