Interesting.
A distro respin?
Or Yocto something something?
What have you come up with so far in your initial searches?
Nothing with any interest thus far, i need something that can help with dialog creations and license agreements.
Not a Distro respin, a highly advanced drive wiping software that will be using PHP, Mysql, surf

Sorry, finalturismo, but this really sounds like you want somebody to do your research for you:
- your initial request is vague
- our posts are answered with "no that's not it, try again, because I need XYZ to work"
FWIW, Yocto sounds like something you should look into. I have heard it mentioned time and again here on LQ and elsewhere, but have no personal experience with it whatsoever.
