Post [postfix] hold incoming mails from a specific domain


Can I hold mail delivery for a specific domain (my postfix server has got a few of them set up)?

Here's how the situation look like:
I have a couple of mail servers through which my mails go (see the diagram below). MX is a postfix MX gateway and P1-P3 are other postfix servers which redirect mails based upon filters:

MX -> P1 -> P2 -> P3 -> MAILBOXES

I want to add a new domain (example.com) and put it on hold the P2 server before mails reach their destination. Then, when mailboxes are configured properly for that domain I would do:
