[Please help] Radeon 7000 and TV Out

Red Hat 8, ATI 7000 w/ TV-OUT, kernel 2.4.20

I would like to convert my Linux Box to a DVD station. Thus, I would like to get the output to the TV (no monitor connected) under XFree86.

I recompiled kernel 2.4.20 w/ ATI framebuffer, vesa, etc .... When I start LILO w/ vga=785 (or 784 or 769), output (on TV) is scrambled.

Please help, I spend 2 days on this. It is frustrating !!!

thanks

Ioan
