[mysql] is anyway to get rid of ibdata1 and iblog_file?

My Mysql is getting too large because of ibdata1 and two iblog_files.

I am thinking backup the database and restore after delete those files.

yet I am wondering if there is someway to disable these two things (or is it possible ?)

currently I am using ubuntu and find something regarding InnoDB in my.cnf as below:
------------------------------------------------------------------------

# * InnoDB
#
# InnoDB is enabled by default with a 10MB datafile in /var/lib/mysql/.
# Read the manual for more InnoDB related options. There are many!
# You might want to disable InnoDB to shrink the mysqld process by circa 100MB.
#skip-innodb
#

-----------------------------------------------------------------

I already set 'innodb_per_file = 0' inside my.cnf, but ibdata1 and two iblog_files are still there.

It looks uncomment 'skip-innodb' might help, but really not sure.

Any idea ?

Thanks in adv,

-Kun
