[Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'S.gpg-agent.ssh' installing brackets on debian 4.9.0-5-amd64

I tried to install Brackets(code editor) on Debian(4.9.0-5-amd64) using the command :

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/brackets
and it didnt recognised the: add-apt-repository
so i installed it using : sudo apt-get install software-properties-common

and got gpg: keyserver receive failed: No dirmngr
installed dirmngr using the following command :

sudo apt-get install dirmngr --install-recommends
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
and then tryed this command again:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/brackets
and got (last 7 lines):

File "/usr/lib/python3.5/shutil.py", line 480, in rmtree
_rmtree_safe_fd(fd, path, onerror)
File "/usr/lib/python3.5/shutil.py", line 438, in _rmtree_safe_fd
onerror(os.unlink, fullname, sys.exc_info())
File "/usr/lib/python3.5/shutil.py", line 436, in _rmtree_safe_fd
os.unlink(name, dir_fd=topfd)
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'S.gpg-agent.ssh'

searched 'S.gpg-agent.ssh' on web and this forum and didnt't get a usefull answer

Question 1:What is 'S.gpg-agent.ssh'?
Question 2:What does it do ?
Question 3:How do i fix it?
Question 4:Can I undo all this steps and start again?

After I installed this version of Debian , used : rcconf to leave only some tools : alsa-utils irqbalance lightdm rsyslog ssh wicd.(this configuration was provided by a friend )
Can this maybe the problem ? Didn't left something on ?

I'm a newb so please understand me

PPAs are not compatible with Debian, only with Ubuntu and its derivatives like Mint. You *can* get some to work with some effort, but it's not advisable, especially for someone new to Linux.

You would be best to download the deb file directly from the Brackets web site (https://github.com/adobe/brackets/releases) and use that.
