[BitchX] Change the user id?

Right now when you run a /who on my nick, the user id shows up as my login name, so since I login as todd, an example hostname would be:

todd@someserver.someisp.com

how do I change the part before the @? It' was pretty simple to do on mIRC but can't figure it out in here. This isn't the same as changing the nickname, i know that can be done with the /nick command.
