halfzware_shag LQ Newbie Registered: Oct 2004 Location: Italy Distribution: Fedora Core 2 Posts: 5 Rep:	[ALSA] Noisy playback after I record from line in Hello, here's the issue I'm experiencing: I plug an audio source in my board, I can hear everything clean, I capture the sound (using Audacity), but when I play it back it sounds terribly hissy and noisy... I have no problems with audio output from files instead, e.g. using xmms or mplayer. I'm on Fedora Core 2 with ALSA, but I had the same problem even on SuSE Personal 9.1. Thanks in advance! .hz
