There is an app called ogg2mp3 that will recursively convert ogg files to mp3 in a folder hierarchy.

http://marginalhacks.com/bin/ogg2mp3

Just download that perl script and run it in the directory full of ogg files.
You have to have certain programs installed first though:

ogg123, ogginfo, id3tool and an mp3 encoder

One of the problems you may encounter is that both ogg and mp3 are lossey formats. Unfortunately, ogg and mp3 "lose" different parts of the audio. Search Google for more info on this. This means that the resulting mmp3 may be of much poorer quality than the original ogg.

If you have the original tracks (eg on cd), then I suggest that you re-rip straight into mp3 format rather than converting from ogg to mp3.

I hope this helps
