$tempnode: What sets it in udev rules?

Hey All,

$tempnode: What sets it in udev rules?

How can I use it in rules in /etc/udev/rules.d?

Trying to use it in a custom rule /etc/udev/rules.d/10-local.rules produces no results. Using the same rule in another previously defined rule in /lib/udev/rules.d/ works just fine.

In the man page it describes what it is but now where, how and with what it is set with:

http://linux.die.net/man/7/udev

Thanks,
D.
