Zentyal 4.1 Standard user with restrictions similar to MS server 2008/2 standard user

have setup a zentyal 4.1 development version server and I have to say I'm very impressed with it. Seems slick and my PC joined the domain no bother.
My question is can I make a standard user (similar to MS AD) that has the MS AD standard user restrictions? I.E can't install programs or make system changes without the admin password and user name? Doing this means I can lock down user PC's and stop them installing shitty freeware apps!
