zend guard loader not recognized with php5.3

hi,everybody, recently i installed php5.3, it works fine, but when i tried to configure it to support zend guard loader, i have configured my php.ini,
and psate the so to /usr/local/php/lib/php/extensions/, but when i use
"php -m"、"php -v" even the phpinfo page does not show the zend guard loader, what is wrong?
by the way, my server is X64 Centos 6.2, and here is my php.ini file, helps me, pls!

Did you reload the server after the changes?
