Angry ypwhich: Can't communicate with ypbind

i have using ubuntu nis server (LTS 8.04.1) and all nis client fedora 6,7,8,9 its working fine yester day i installed new client os fedora 11 and configure nis client i started ypbind service can't start i did client configuration.

1. /etc/sysconfig/network add NISDOMAIN=TEST
2. /etc/sysconfig/authconfig UseNIS=yes
passwd: files nis
shadow: files nis
group: files nis

4. /etc/yp.conf

add nisdomain and ypserver name

after i stop ip6tables and iptable and network Manger

Shutting down NIS service: [FAILED]
Starting NIS service: [ OK ]
Binding NIS service: ....................... [FAILED]

how to start the service help me.

Red face ypbind services working but can't communicate with ypbind

now ypbind services is working fine but ypwhich not working

Shutting down NIS service: [ OK ]
Starting NIS service: [ OK ]
Binding NIS service: ..... [ OK ]
i tested the ypbind services its working i saw service status.

ypwhich: Can't communicate with ypbind
ypcat passwd
No such map passwd.byname. Reason: Can't bind to server which serves this domain
but ypdominname is working Test.

help me
