Xen HVM Dom0 on CentOS 5.6

Hi,

I have been searching the web for a few hours and have not had any luck finding instructions on how to setup Xen HVM Dom0 on a CentOS 5.6.

I have a test server with a stock install of CentOS 5.6 that support AMD-V.

There's *tons* of links on how to do it with Centos 5.5. Have you tried any of those procedures? Did you run into any specific problems or issues?

There are tons of link on how to do para-virtuliation but not HVM.

Just look at the directions for setting up a Windows HVM on XEN Then follow all the steps up to using a Windows CD or ISO to install it instead use an ISO of CentOS of your install media in the HVM. Here is one http://mediakey.dk/~cc/howto-install...-vista-on-xen/ and here is another http://www.2virt.com/blog/?p=151 These are for Debian based distributions, but the actual configuration files for the XEN HVM are the same across distros.
