why I can't find /dev/sdb1 in fdisk -l


in my cluster , we have node1 node2 node3 ,in MSA1000,I have divid 3 part sda sdb .I use lifekeeper make a cluter ,/dev/sdb1 is a resource in likekeeper cluster. when lifekeeper start and cluster start , /dev/sdb1 has mount node2, but in node1 I use fdisk -l ,but I can't find /dev/sdb1

I think lifekeeper contral the resource(/dev/sdb1),so other node havn't see the disk ,right?
