Where to find information about (it will become after press enter in address bar) has a personal web page, but it is old and I need to remove/disable it. (The server is an old Solaris).

I looked into the file structure of the website. If I am not missing anything, I couldn't find any .htaccess. (It may not be htaccess redirect at the end)

Could someone point me out where I should look into? e.g. Apache config?

Yes, apache config. The "~" urls are managed by UserDir configuration variable - and the other one is probably an Alias -
