What program do I set up to get a mail server happening on Debian etch

That's it, What program do I use to get a SMTP / POP3 mail server going in Debian Etch.

Been using linux now for three months. Have settled on Debian Etch after trying many. Have got my .org up and running with Apache now going to get a mail server happening. Very happy with GNU/Linux.

I like postfix for the smtp server and dovecot for the pop3/imap server.

There is very good documentation for ubuntu which will also work for a debian set up:
