Question What is the better choice OS for a Fog Server?

Our network is a Mac/Windows mix. Are looking at developing a Fog Server to start managing system images. Been through Fedora, Ubuntu, Cent-OS, and Debian, but have not found a solution that we understand. We're newly scratching at Linux, so would need some good ideas and suggestions.

Not sure what you are asking for here. What part of those systems did you not understand?

You just named more or less the top distros, so if you were having trouble with those I don't think moving to a less supported/documented system is likely to improve matters.

Maybe what are other's using for FOG. Writings for Fedora seem better, but Ubuntu did load easier. We're newbies on this and are looking for any suggestion on how to make this work. Most of our desktops are WinXP and the user systems Apple MacBooks. The Macs are already imaged courtesy of state education department. We have a number of PCs now that are all the same unit - hardware and software, so doing an image for these would help when we need to update/upgrade - the usual things that need to happen when there is little time available. FYI, we are a school system with about 900 systems, only two techs.
