What distro fir a small server?

Hi. I'm looking for a small (max 64MB) distro for my server.
It will be used for downloading files at night and sharing internet for 2 PC's.
Specs:
AMD K6-2 500MHz
256+128MB RAM
FDD+CD-ROM+64MB flash
Internet via PPPoE - Sagem F@st 800

Which linux shoud be the best for me?

No desktop or no X window?

I vote for microcore or tinycore
be about 25+mb maybe with jwm desktop too

Certainly any of the minimal distributions would do, like puppy or dsl. Even a "heavier" one would probably work if you turned off most of the services and ran it cli-only, or with a lightweight desktop.

Tiny Core doesn't work on my hardware. I found NND Linux and it's the best solution for me.
