webmin locked "root" user

webmin has lock superuser root from login into it.iam not having another user to login and unlock. how can i unlock root
while login it errors

Error - Access denied. The user has been blocked because of too many authentication failures.

Pls provide some solution if any one knows

i remove ! character form line in /etc/webmin/miniserv.users

it get unlocks. any another solution besides this

If webmin has blocked your IP address because of too many authentication failures, then you can remove the IP block by deleting the appropriate line from this file:
