Webmin - email questions.

Hello.
I am new here. Pleased to meet all of you Hope this thread is not in the wrong section. Hope I also do not trouble you with my questions. So let's start!
So I am logging to manage my email server via Webmin (using postfix application to manage email accounts).
The questions are:
1. Am I able to setup autoresponder via Webmin for example on account xyz@xyz.xyz? Or am I forced to use putty to login to the machine directly and need to configure some files to make the autoresponder/vacations?
2. Via Webmin, am I able to disable account xyz@xyz.xyz without deleting it? Example. Email Client A sends a message to email client B. The email client B needs to be disabled and definied autoresponder with the message "this email is disabled, to get more details use this number or this email" which can be used to send to the email client A.
Logging via web browser to the xyz@xyz.xyz email it shows it is SquirelMail I am using in my company more friendly GUI which has much more options to configure via GUI not command lines.
Hope u understand me. If you do not please ask for more details, so I will try to explain as much as possible and as easy as possible.
Cheers

What have you tried via Webmin? There appear to be many configuration options.
What have to done to research how to do what you want without Webmin? I find that knowing that helps me understand what Webmin can do for me.

Specifically:
1. I'd look at using procmail for autoresponse. That's the kind of thing it's designed to do.
2. Same answer
...but again, try searching for "postfix autoresponder" There appear to be some good tutorials out there.

Your comments about webmail and SquirrelMail are not at all clear. SquirrelMail has excellent web-based (GUI) configuration and maintenance capabilities. Please clarify.

Finally, note what the LQ Rules say about bumping threads:

autoresponders are generally handled and configured on the mail host that handles the email.
Or by a client program of same.
webmin > Squirrelmail is likely an assumption by webmin's author that your box w\webmin is handling email. Just a guess.

Can you please tell "the next person" what exactly you resolved and the steps taken to resolve it?
It would be a help.

Thanks.
John out.
