Webmin Command Shell Errors

I need some help with my Webmin setup. I have tried the Webmin site but had no luck. I have had Webmin working fine for a few years now with one small problems that is only somewhat annoying. So when I use the command shell I get a few errors but I also get the output I need. Here is my output from and "uptime" command

Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be going on to cause this? If there is any other info you need please let me know.

FAIL_DELAY, QUOTAS_ENAB and CHFN_AUTH are typical settings you'd find in /etc/login.defs. See this 2006 LQ post for a fix: http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...9/#post2128547 ?
