web-cyradm error

I just created a user named jrow, in my maillog I see this:

IOERROR: opening /var/spool/imap/user/jrow/cyrus.header: No such file or directory

It doesn't create the jrow folder.

Any suggestions? Config files you need to see?

Your email client is the one that creates the mailboxes. Which email client are you using?
