Vsftpd other user reach request

Hi,

We have been using vsftpd on the our ftp server. I create an user and This user using his ftp account without any problem.

Then This user said that, We want to give permission some users for reach this account. Is this posible?

How can i give permission to a user for reach other user folders?

Create one or more group(s) and set the group permissions to read for files and read/execute for directories
