When i installed vmware server this masseg is came

VMware usually isn't up-to-date with the latest and greatest kernels. I haven't had any luck with anything beyond 2.6.24-x so far myself.

In most cases, you'll need to find the latest vmware-any-any patch. Try googling for it but the latest patch I've attempted on a Fedora 8 machine with 2.6.25 wouldn't work.
