vePortal will install OpenVZ if not already installed, There is no risk involved when it comes to installing vePortal on an already active VPS Node.

If the vendor guarantees that "There is no risk involved when it comes to installing vePortal on an already active VPS Node" then they should be able to back that up by the quality of their product and any support offerings. However in terms of licensing, pricing, ease of use, maturity, support and development activity you might want to research if you should use this product. The OpenVZ wiki has a product listing.
