Question Vacation reply for virtual domains

Hi all,
I'm running postfix-2.3.3-2, openldap-2.3.27-8, and dovecot-1.0-1.2 with RHEL-5.1. Also i'm using procmailrc agent for Vacation reply purpose. But for some of the dependies I have changed the total setup to virtual concept. Where the users will not present at os level. Ldap will have the users entries where postfix and dovecot will depend on ldap fpr userinformations. In this case I don't know how my vacation reply is going to work. Usually for vacation reply the .procmailrc file will present in users home directory with permissions:
-rwx------ 1 master master 4430 Jul 15 20:11 /home/master/.procmailrc
And to enable it user has to send message to himself with subject:
password vacation on
Body: Msg that user need to send for those who trying to send mail to him/her as auto reply.
But this is my old scenario. I just want to know how to enable the vacation reply in case of virtual concept. For clearance i'm attaching my main.cf file and sample entries of user in ldap.
Any Suggesions are most welcome.
-Hari.

You can use dovecot's delivery agent (called deliver, I think). deliver can send vacation messages through sieve. The difficult part is giving virtual users an interface to it. I use pysieved and the avelsieve plugin to squirrelmail.

Hi friend,
Sorry for the late response.
Also Thankyou for your valuable reply.
The method of seive with dovecot is ok. But as per my user requirements the vacation reply msgs control should be with them. Means whenever they want thay should able to active or deactive the vacation reply procees. And they can able set the vacation msg in their style.
I know it's possible using squirrelmail plugin. But also it requires FTP. Also I want to know in detail about how to configure it with FTP. If you know can you please share with me? Also if you know any other method of this pl share the docs.

--------------
Thanks a lot,
-Hari.

This is the plugin I mentioned. It does not require ftp.

[Edit] Also, see here and here.
