Question Vacation on Postfix Server

I am getting many requests to set up a tool that allows users to configure an 'out of office' reply that is configured from the mail server which I am told is possible in MS Exchange. I advised users their mail clients / desktop PC's can perform this but realized many of their machines are scripted to reboot at mid-night. They would like to have automated messages that indicate their travel schedule when ever someone sends them email. Does anyone have any experience with 'Vacation' or know of a better application or suggestion?

Thanks so much.
