What error do you get? Is your SSH service running on the server? Do you have any iptables rules in place that might be blocking access? Do you have access at all to the server (ping, telnet, ...)?
Those are the first possible causes that come in mind. If you ask a question it's always good to provide as much information as possible if you want a correct answer.

Actually physically server is in DC, Idon't have access in DC but server ping status done, telnet not get and same ssh also not working. IPtables not configure on server.
Difficult to say what the problem is if you don't have access to the server. Can you find out if the SSH daemon is running? Try contacting the administrator of the server. Telnet might be disabled, if ping is working then you have basic network connectivity, so ask the admin to check the SSH service.
