Unable to change Permission of mount point for windows share

hi,

We have Oracle DBase on Redhat Linux 5.7
i have created a dir example Mosaexport and changed permission to oracleinstall

now my effective permission is
drwxr-xr-x 2 oracle oinstall 3896 mosaexport

now i am mounting a windows share
mount -t cifs -o username=username,password=Password //ipaddress/mosaexport /u02/mosaexport

now my effective permission is
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 3896 mosaexport

i want to retain "oracle oinstall" permission
as i will run a backup script from user oracle which copy files in the mount point (mosaexport) it gives error permission denied
i cannot change permission using chown command.

how can i change the permission does it have to be changed while mounting if so kindly give the complete syntex

thanking you in anticipation
