Turnkey LAMP stack virtual host issues
It's been so long since I've dealt with virtual hosts that I can't seem to get things working no matter what tutorials I look at. My web host just screwed me over today, so I moved my 2 domains to my Turnkey virtual appliance, and I am trying to host 2 web sites from one IP. My issue is that both animepwn.net and stephansimon.net both point to the animepwn folder. The 2 virtual hosts appear in this order, and it seems like the first takes over even when I enter another address.
Handles the name-based server animepwn.net on address *.
Address Any
Port Any Server Name animepwn.net
Document Root /home/stephan/www.animepwn.net

Is there something I'm missing? I registered the A records on my domain registrar, and everything seems to be working, it just always takes the first host in the list.
EDIT: I don't see a place to delete this thread, so I'll just edit and mark solved. I needed to enable the vhost_alias module.

Thanks for posting the solution. That's the LQ spirit. However, you are missing one of the points of LQ: providing an archive of answers. We answer your questions not just to help you, but anyone else w/ a similar problem. Note that when I started writing this post this thread had 65 views, that's potentially 65 people looking for the same solution.
A suggestion for the future: If you answer your own question, put the solution in a separate post. This does 2 good things: - It generates e-mail to anyone who subscribed to either the thread or the forum.
- It avoids the creation of oxymoronic 0-reply solved threads.

I'm sorry. I was thinking of posting the answer in another post, but I figured somebody would say something about double posting like almost any other forum out there. For as long as I've had my account, I'm just now starting to get active into Linux and the community. I hope to make more use of this site, and will definitely continue to post any answers I find.
