Question Trojan.Malscript.C

Hello everyone.
I have a linux server in wich the users are getting a warning about that virus (Trojan.Malscript.c) i have clam av on the server and ran an update and it wont find anything.

Is there a way to remove it manually?

The problem isn't your server, it's probably an iframe injection attack on your pages.
Read this

Then check all your pages for unknown iframes. You have an insecure FTP account or vulnerable php scripts.
