sudo iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p TCP -i eth0 --dport 80 \-s 192.168.129.0/24 -j REDIRECT --to-ports 8888
the responce of this command is nothing no errors

These lines concern "httpd accelerator mode". This is the use of squid to cache outgoing traffic in, e.g., a webserver and has nothing to do with a transparent proxy. What happens if you remove them?

Difficult to believe that caching is so so so urgent. After all, you can always browse the web without caching for a while if you have to.
