transparent proxy server setup for isp


i have configured transparent proxy squid-2.6-stable21 from squid-cache.org squid running fine but iptables not working properly.how to write iptables rule in /etc/rc.local.please details transparent proxy setup in centos 5.3 final.

iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i eth1 -p tcp --dport 80 -j REDIRECT --to-port 8008
