There was an error configuring your network interface.

While fresh installation of RHEL 6.1 with ks.cfg file on USB attached with my laptop. RHEL ISO image is mounted and USB is also mounted. Its mounting the ISO image but cannot locate ks.cfg file.
I gave linux ks=hd:sda:/ks.cfg. I tried with all sda0,sdb,sdc etc.

But dont know why is it not mounting ks.cfg file or may be USB is approachable to server.

How to deal with this issue and how check mounting on the server without OS?

Thanks. Your prompt response will be highly appreciable.

I think you are supposed to have the following:

Example: USB mounted as sdc files are in the first partition and the file name is generic.ks

That is what I have from my notes where I was doing some lengthy builds using a kickstart file.
