Thecus N5200 NAS Crash

I have a Thecus N5200 with a RAID 5 array across 5, 1 TB drives. After attempting a Migration from four drives to five, the RAID indicated "Degraded" and the data files and volumes are mostly present but not able to be copied out. The RAID 5 is a Standard Linux LVM Software RAID. In recovery software the Ext3 is not present in most of the 10 Partitions. Is there a way to restore this file system / data?

Thanks!
