Depends on the size of your "Enterprise". If you are asking on a forum then you don't have a tech department so the cost of RedHat licensing may not be reasonable for your size. That being the case I would go CentOS instead, RedHat minus the brand name. Even Ubuntu might be a good choice although the LTS' are only supported for 5 years between upgrades instead of the 10 on RHEL / CentOS

As you mention an enterprise solution, meaning large scale applied to server visualization, talk with whoever runs the network switches or the vendor that supplied them. 1st generation visualization such as openvz has different network requirements than 2nd generation such as vmware.

RHEL if you need support.
CentOS if you don't need support
Fedora if you don't need support, but desire more upstream options than are available in CentOS
