Terminal Server

I want to know which linux software would be the best to use for setting up a terminal server with 15 computers attached to it?

The standard system for this is LTSP, which is available for most popular distributions. Ubuntu definitely includes packages for LTSP, and the "Edubuntu" varient automatically configures it as part of the installation process.
