svn: Commit failed Error?

I have just migrated a project from one of Linux Machine to another.
Imported projected. Users can successfully checkout but during checkin they face the following error:

svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Can't open file '/svn/repos/sandbox/db/txn-current-lock': Permission denied

Any idea?
