SVN Checkout Error?

I am facing the following issue while running the command:

Code:
[root@pe ~]# svn checkout -r HEAD http://192.168.1.23/repos/INWeb/branches/3.3.4
svn: REPORT request failed on '/repos/!svn/vcc/default'
svn:
Can't find a temporary directory: Internal error
Any idea why its behaving so?
