sun JVM installation on fedora and tomcat

hai,

I installed sun JDK and JVM version "1.6.0_01" on fedora core 6.

I follow the steps in following link to install the JDK and JVM.

http://stanton-finley.net/fedora_cor...otes.html#Java

I also change the line in tomcat5.conf

JAVA_HOME="/opt/jdk1.6.0_01"

when i check the jvm version used by firefox using the following link.

http://www.java.com/en/download/help/testvm.xml

It shows latest JVM version 1.6.0_01 used.

When i start tomcat it shows the following message.

Starting tomcat5: /usr/bin/rebuild-jar-repository: error: Could not find jdbc-stdext Java extension for this JVM
/usr/bin/rebuild-jar-repository: error: Could not find jndi Java extension for this JVM
/usr/bin/rebuild-jar-repository: error: Some detected jars were not found for this jvm
/usr/bin/rebuild-jar-repository: error: Could not find jaas Java extension for this JVM
/usr/bin/rebuild-jar-repository: error: Some detected jars were not found for this jvm
[ OK ]
When i login to tomcat manager page it shows

JVM Version : 1.4.2

JVM Vendor : Free Software Foundation, Inc.

It does not uses the sun JVM.

I don't konw how to make tomcat to use sun JVM version.

please help me.

thanks in advance.
