Subversion Repository Browser ????


There is a remote repository at https://hestia.atc.gr/svn/<directory>.i installed tortoise SVN and tried to open it through its repository Browser but it dint ask for username and password nor did it open any file further?
Is my way of accessign the repository correct?
I tried to open through Web broser and it asked me for username and password.But at the same time how can I add a folder to that?

Pls Help.
