Stream video to TV

Hi,

I've installed Ubuntu Server 12.04 on a computer and now I want to stream videos from the server to my Panasonic Viera TV.
Is this possible ?
Which software do i have to use and is there a tutorial ?

Grtz

Without knowing the model number or anything about the TVs capabilities it is somewhat difficult to provide detailed help.
I assume it has some sort of built in DLNA client so this might work.
