Exclamation SSL Certificate Warning help me to renew!


hi guy's,

help me how to renew the certificate.I tried in trail system for testing purpose but i don't know what are the changes i have to do renew the certificate. we have webmail for this postfix server. The message i got is..

################# SSL Certificate Warning ################
Certificate for mail.domainname.com, in file:
/etc/httpd/conf/certs/ssl.crt/webmail.crt
The certificate needs to be renewed; this can be done
using the 'genkey' program.
Browsers will not be able to correctly connect to this
web site using SSL until the certificate is renewed.

help me to renew the certificate. This postfix server is done by my senior but now, i am getting certificate warning.help me to solve this problem

There's a hint in that message pointing to a tool called "genkey". Tools usually have information in the form of a man page or info file or documents in /usr/share/doc/packagename. Did you read any of those? Did you read a generic cert update howto? And as an OT remark I'd like to add you've not been handling some of your past threads well: they've received replies to which you did not respond. That is not the proper way to deal with this community.
