Squid users assigned to different ISPs?

Hello all!
First let me explain a little…
I have Squid3 working with authentication and have 10 different users. That works perfect!
I have 2 internet connections.
I wonder if there is any possible way in that I can assign UserA to access the internet via InternetConnectionA and UserB via InternetConnectionB?
I DON’T WANT TO DO LOAD BALANCING, just choose witch user connects to each ISP.
Thanks for your help!
