squid url-redriecting

hi
i have a particular problem.
my office have 2 isp (1 cable with static IP other ADSL) two servers running squid (one isp / server)

we have registered some e-journal sites with our static IP (cable).

now my problem
all normal users except Library are connected to the server with ADSL. so in present case only the users from Library can access the e-journals..

now what i need is that whenever someone (connected to ADSL server) enters a particular address (of e-journal) i want that request to be re-routed to the server with static IP..

if this is possible through squid, please someone help me....

is it not possible?

please anyone help me or say that it is not possible.

You could use a cache_peer to upstream for certain sites to the other proxy

If I'm understanding this properly, you should also be able to do what you want with a redirector. However, wouldn't it be simpler to just tweak the DNS so that users get pointed to the IP you want?
