squid server problem - swichting ips

Hello,
on the server there are several IP (not local), and i want to use this server as proxy server using squid. but not just outgoing IP, but several (right now 2) IPs. So for example i can connect to 2 different IPs from my Home PC. And both connections have, ofcourse, different outgoing IPs.

(i changed the ips here now ofcourse )

here is the set up so far:

acl proxy2_ip myip 69.15.182.163
acl proxy1_ip myip 66.137.113.135

acl proxy2_port myport 49152
acl proxy1_port myport 41469
tcp_outgoing_address 69.15.182.163 all proxy2_ip proxy2_port
tcp_outgoing_address 66.137.113.135 all proxy1_ip proxy1_port

http_port 69.15.182.163:49152
http_port 66.137.113.135:41469

so far, i can connect to those 2 ips and ports. proxys work fine so far. just one thing is very strange.

we i open 2 browsers (opera and IE), set those 2 different Proxies at the web browser and go to this page to check the anonimity and outgoing adresses:
http://checker.samair.ru/

mostly i see, 2 different IPs there, as it should. BUT, if i reload the page with browser A, and then also reload with browser B, then i have the same IPs adress on Browser B as on Browser A. But when I reload again Browser B, it changed back to the IP it should be. Vice versa the same.

thats very odd and does not make sense.

any one has an idea why that happens?
thanks alot
