squid server configuration :- swap problem


i have tried configuring squid on RHEL-4
the error is of swaping space
WARNING: cache_dir /usr/var/cache: (2) No such file or directory
WARNING: Error Directory /usr/share/errors/English: (2) No such file or directory


plz tell me what to do??????

Make sure that /usr/var/cache exists and it's writable for the user squid run as.
Then run
Code:
squid -z
to initialize the cache
