Squid - Redirecting one url to another Squid Server

Hi Everyone,

I have what I think should be an easy enough problem to solve but with reading the squid wiki and googling it for a while I have been unable to solve it.
The problem is this : Im trying to have my primary squid server redirect a single url to another secondary squid server.
I read things like you can use IP tables and download squidguard for redirection and all sorts , but surely you should be able to do this in squid.conf as it seems to have alot of switch like acl syntax. It might be something to do with setting up the cache_peer section but im not sure.

Any help would be much appreciated
Thanks
